Each of the service areas carries its own billing rate that is separated out into individual categories on client invoices. Sophisticated clients can save thousands of dollars on real estate commissions when they opt for fee for service real estate in Maryland or any other part of the country. This real estate model especially makes sense for clients moving cross town. They would certainly be just as familiar with the different neighborhoods of their home town as would a real estate broker. However, full service real estate makes much more sense if a cross country move is planned.
