This program reduced a huge cost of the company and it shows the flexibility of Circut City to change. As a result of this program the competitors of the company also faced heavy losses like market shares loses and Circut city has earned high revenues. Circut City has also introduced Multi Channel integration strategy. This strategy has also appeared as a successful strategy of the company because it has helped the company in improving its product specifications and comparing the prices of products offered in various stores.
