When you call the company, you decide how many pods you will need and when you want them delivered. The company brings the empty pods to your home. You pack them at your own pace and lock them, then call the company for pickup. They load them onto their truck and either take them directly to your new home, or hold them in their storage facility until you call for them. When you receive the pods at your new address, you unpack them as slowly or quickly as you like, then call the company to remove them.
